-ORDER PROCESSING
Order processing takes place during normal business hours, Monday through Friday. (9am - 5 pm EST) Orders received after 4 PM will be begin being processed the following business day.
Please allow 1-3 Business days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.

-INTERNATIONAL SHIPPINGS

STANDARD SHIPPING WORDWIDE
All orders are shipped from our distribution centre in Ioannina,Greece. Shipping takes 5 -16 business days, this applies from the day and time your order is placed.

EXPRESS SHIPPING WORDWIDE
All orders are shipped from our distribution centre in Ioannina,Greece. Shipping takes 3-6 business days, this applies from the day and time your order is placed.

-If a package can't be delivered due to an error entering your shipping address, we are not responsible for any additional fees that may incur in order to reroute or reship the package.
-Please keep in mind that our shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on the time from dispatch. Qinetiko cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payment approval, weather-related delays, or events outside of our control, though we will try to minimize any potential delays. 

-We do not accept returns or exchanges on orders from INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For international orders, you, the customers, are responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence.  We are not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies and it is not our responsibility to make the customer aware of these agencies and their actions.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges.  Your package may arrive at your local post office or delivery center and be held until pick up and payment is taken care of.

If you neglect to pay the duties or pick up your package, we will not refund the charge of any extra incurring costs, Like the return shipping or any local duties that may arise in the return process.

- RETURNS & REFUNDS

You have the chance to return any item except Sale items within 30 days after the delivery date at your own expense if all of the below applies:

• The product is new and unused
• The product is being returned in the original packing
• All labels and hangtags are still attached to this product

Shipping cost and Return postage is at the buyer's own cost and risk. All items to be returned via tracked mail to ensure returns arrives safely. No refunds will be given for any items that go missing in the post.
